Daria  Colella

Principal Consultant

Expertise in Gender and Climate Justice, Gender-Based Violence, Qualitative and Quantitative Research

Daria is a Gender and Development specialist & researcher committed to driving change for diversity, inclusion, and social justice. She is an expert in conducting intersectional gender analysis, supporting policy dialogue and providing technical advice and guidance for adopting gender-sensitive and transformative approaches, as well as in evaluating, designing, and co-creating complex context-specific initiatives to promote gender equality and fundamental rights. During the last 10 years, she has been working in the gender equality sector with civil society, non-governmental and international organisations in diverse regional contexts including Europe, East Africa, West Africa and the Mena Region. She currently works as a gender analyst at UNDP Regional Hub for Arab States, where she is the focal point as gender advisor for the Nature, Climate and Energy portfolio including climate adaptation, mitigation and resilience building projects and knowledge products, such as a recent Climate Change, Women and Displacement Nexus regional research.

Rebeca Moreno

Principal Consultant

Expertise in Feminist Methodologies, Human Rights and Advocacy

Rebeca has 10 years of experience collaborating with feminist and civil society organizations in Mexico as project manager, and advocacy coordinator. Her areas of expertise include the prevention of violence against women, as well as the promotion of sexual and reproductive rights. She collaborated with Católicas por el Derecho a Decidir Mexico, overseeing the implementation of six regional (Latin America and the Caribbean) and national projects for the social decriminalization of abortion and access to sexual rights and health. As a gender consultant, she has collaborated with international organizations and agencies like Plan International UK to explore how to make funding more accessible to young feminist movements. Additionally, she has contributed to projects such as the UN Women Safe Cities Project in Mexico and worked with UNFPA as part of research teams focused on preventing violence against women. Within the public sector, Rebeca has held positions such as a legislative advisor for the Federal Congress in Mexico, specializing in gender mainstreaming. Before that, she worked as a research assistant at the Human Rights Commission of Mexico City. She is a co-founder of a feminist organization that advocates for women's political participation in Mexico. Additionally, she co-founded a consultancy firm specialized in mainstreaming gender perspective and human rights, conducting research projects for both the public and private sectors.

Ipsita Dwivedi

Principal Consultant

Expertise in Strategic Communications, Gender and Sexual Health Rights and Pleasure

Ipsita is an intersectional feminist researcher and visual storyteller from New Delhi, India. Throughout her career, she has embraced creative methodologies in social movements. Her extensive experience as a storyteller encompasses over three years, during which she has collaborated with global activists. As a young woman of color, her role as an artivist has empowered her, enabling her to translate her own experiences and viewpoints into a medium that resonates deeply with those who face similar challenges. Ipsita's journey as an intersectional feminist is multifaceted, marked by various roles and passions. She works as a communications specialist with The Collective Impact, and she has worked as an illustrator with International NGOs such as the UN Women, Plan International, Gender at Work, ActionAid, etc. She has experience as a participatory research facilitator with Girls Rise Up and Plan International UK. Previously, Ipsita worked with the International Planned Parenthood Federation as a sexual health rights advocacy coordinator assistant. She is constantly seeking innovative approaches to challenge colonial and heteronormative practices.
